Dr. David Bondi

After gaining a PhD in Quantum Chemistry at Manchester University, David pursued a career in manufacturing. 

For the past 25 years he has been Managing Director or Chief Executive in a series of chilled food businesses, supplying premium quality products and ingredients to well known brands. You are very likely to have eaten many of these products, whether through your favourite supermarket, sandwich bar, meal delivery business or food service operator. 

In addition to his current role as a director  of a group of chilled food ingredient businesses, David is also a director of Solution Saddles, an innovation company which manufactures the SMART^TM range of award-winning, fully flexible sports saddles. The unique saddle designs, which have also been awarded five patents, have established the company as a market leader in saddles that promote equine welfare and performance.

Now trying to be semi-retired, David is focusing on his other interests, which include riding his own horses and competing in horse trials and, when possible, hill-walking and skiing.
